1. Zero-Tolerance Conduct Policy

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for behavior that disrupts, harms, or degrades the community environment. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to immediately terminate your access to the community, platform, and associated materials—without prior warning and without a refund—if you engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Harassment and Bullying: Any form of bullying, harassment, intimidation, or deliberate attempt to make another member feel small, unsafe, or uncomfortable.
• Disrespect and Incivility: Rudeness, disrespect, hostility, or sharp criticism directed toward fellow community members, the host, or staff.
• Defamation and Slander: Making false, malicious, or damaging statements regarding the host, the business, or other community members.
• Unkind Behavior: Any other untoward, exclusionary, or generally unkind behavior that undermines the supportive nature of the space.

2. Community Expectations and Rules of Engagement

By participating in this community, you agree to adhere to the following standards of conduct:

• Mutual Encouragement: Members must default to kindness, support, and encouragement. Lift others up, particularly when they are being vulnerable or celebrating their progress. If you cannot contribute positively to a discussion, you must refrain from commenting.
• Strict Confidentiality: To protect the safety of all members, absolute confidentiality is required. Information, stories, or media shared within this private group must remain within this group. You are strictly prohibited from screenshotting, copying, or sharing another member’s content outside of this space without their express, written permission.

3. Rights of the Host and Finality of Decisions

The platform host acts as the final moderator of this space. The host reserves the absolute right to determine, in their sole judgment, whether a member's behavior violates these Terms and Conditions. All moderation actions, suspensions, and permanent removals are final and binding.
